Payment Options

GrandBridge Energy offers a variety of convenient ways for you to make sure your payment is up to date. You can sign up for pre-authorized payments or pay bills as you receive them.

You may need to re-register GrandBridge Energy as a payee for online bill payments. If your bank provides more than one GrandBridge Energy option, you may select either option. Your account number needs to be 10 digits long. If your account number on your bill is only 8 digits, please add two zeros 00 to the front of your account number and do not enter the dash to register. If you are unsure, please contact the Customer Services Team.

Automatic Pre-authorized Payment Plan

We offer two convenient pre-authorized payment plans.

Paid In Full

The total amount due on your electricity bill will automatically be withdrawn from your financial institution or bank account on the due date specified on your bill. Your electricity bill will be sent to you as usual.

Equal Payment Plan

Enables you to budget for an equal monthly payment for the year. A fixed amount is automatically withdrawn from your financial institution or bank account on the date your bill is due. Your equal payment amount is recalculated each year. Any changes to your equal payment amount will be reflected on your bill.

To register for pre-authorized payments, complete and return the Automatic Payment Plan Agreement form using one of the methods below.
